Tavern Tasty Meats offer a large range of plump, meaty, juicy and succulent sausages which are made weekly using rare breed pork (85%) and natural pork casing. In an age of mass production and intensive farming our sausages prove that meat can taste like it used to!

English Breakfast
Traditional pork sausage with a little cayenne pepper, Chipolatas available with this filling.

Pork and Stilton A really cheesy sausage with rare breed pork. Pork 'N' Leek A strong seasoning with a generous amount of green and white Leek boosted with onion flavour. Spicy Garlic Sweet garlic, ginger, nutmeg and cardamoms with a hint of pepper.

Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Oregano
Classic Mediterranean flavour with rubbed oregano, ginger, basil and thyme with a generous addition of whole Sundried Tomatoes.

Spicy Tomato
A full-bodied seasoning with plenty of interesting flavours such as tomatoes, onion, pepper, ginger, coriander, with a cayenne pepper kick.

Cumberland
Always popular with predominant black pepper and sage flavours, rounded with just a hint of coriander and nutmeg.

Norfolk Farmhouse
A very old secret Norfolk recipe given to us by a very old secret Norfolk family. This recipe is a blend of peppers which has a pleasant tang, not hot.

Sage and Onion
A popular flavour profile with sage and Italian sweet Onion.

Wholegrain Mustard
A warm profile created with an equal blend of spices, boosted with a generous helping of Wholegrain Mustard. Not a hot sausage but gives a warm feeling to the bite.

Pork and Apple
An interesting approach to a popular profile, with ginger and sage forming the base of the flavour, sweetened with good quality apple flake and cinnamon.

Olde English
Delicate sage sensation followed by an all round pepper taste.

Gluten Free
A completely gluten free sausage made with rare breed pork and rice flour spiced with mace, ginger, nutmeg, marjoram and a blend of peppers.

Gluten Free Burgers
Beef and onion, pork and apple, and lamb with mint now available.
