Description

Our tender Norfolk pork chops are cut thick and come with the bone in. They are lovely pan fried in olive oil and rosemary or can be grilled and topped in a cider, Mustard and Cream sauce.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.
