Our Gloucester Old Spot pork, raised in the quaint Norfolk Village of west Beckham by a traditional farmer, is known for its exceptional marbling, which lends it a rich succulent flavour that is both hearty and slightly sweet. Our Southdown Lamb has a unique flavour described as mild yet succulent. A tender meat, with a fine-grained texture that makes it melt in the mouth. We source from local Norfolk traditional farmers, share a passion for offering top quality and fully traceable produce, are committed to the fantastic Norfolk local food community and stock quality brands at our shop at Swafield. These goods range from cheese, honey, relish, granola, rapeseed oil products, Norfolk Whisky, Gins, Beers, Wines, Cider and Norfolk Apply Juice.

Our desire is to produce quality meat from traditional breeds and this is achieved by our high standards of animal welfare and stockmanship. Slowly maturing animals have been extensively reared before they arrive into the shop to be prepared for you by our skilled butchers. We are on hand to share with you where our produce comes from, how it has been prepared and more importantly, how to make the most out of your purchases when it is served from your table.
