The pork shoulder joint boasts an impressive flavour which reflects the free range grassy diet that our pigs have, while they are left to mature at their own pace.

The pork shoulder joint should ideally be slow roasted with the creamy layer of fat adding to the rich, moist flavour giving a final result of succulent pulled pork.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.
