Typically lean, braising steak is a cut well suited to long, slow cooking to develop immense flavours. Braising Steak is very versitile and is a little more tender than casserole steak, ideal for traditional dishes such as Beef Stew and Dumplings and Steak & Ale Pie.

All of our Aberdeen angus x Beef is sourced from a Traditional Norfolk family ran farm that is less than 5 miles from our shop.
Grass fed and slowly matured to give its beautiful deep flavour and colour.
Hung for up to 32 days to increase its flavour further.
