This has to be one of our most popular sausages, made with british pork sausagemeat with lashings of cheddar Cheese and marmite.. you will either love them or hate them.
Serve with new potatoes and vegetable or a perfect addition to a barbecue.
Can be pan fried, grilled, baked, air fried or cooked on the barbecue.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.
