Cut from Norfolk Pork, this diced pork is perfect for a homemade casserole or a quick and easy stirfry. It is a very flavoursome, moist cut which boasts flavour and juicy succulence.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.

Our free range pigs mature at their own pace, which significantly enhances the flavour.
