Our gluten free sausagemeat is very popular, made with british pork, gluten free crumb and herbs and spices.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.
