Our Lincolnshire pork sausages are similar to the Cumberland but with a more herby and meaty flavour.
Made from pork shoulder, salt, black pepper and herbs these sausages are another Traditional British favourite.
Perfect in a sandwich, full English breakfast or on the barbecue.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.
