Chump Chops are a very popular and versatile cut of Lamb, taken from the leg they are ideal slowly cooked in a casserole or can be grilled or baked in the oven coated in a little Olive Oil, Garlic and Rosemary and served with Seasonal Vegetables and New Pototoes.

Our Lamb is sourced from our own farm in Smallburgh, which is predominantly Southdown Lamb. When demand exceeds our capability other Lamb is sourced from other local Norfolk farms, all of which have an impressive flavour reflecting the Free-Range diet of wild flowers, herbs and grasses that our flocks are matured on.
