Our tender Norfolk Shoulder of Lamb comes boned, rolled and hand-tied by our Master Butcher’s.
It is a perfect Roasting Joint, succulent and full of flavour.
Our Lamb is sourced from our own farm in Smallburgh, which is predominantly Southdown Lamb. When demand exceeds our capability other Lamb is sourced from other local Norfolk farms, all of which have an impressive flavour reflecting the Free-Range diet of wild flowers, herbs and grasses that our flocks are matured on.
