Our traditional pork faggots are meatballs made from minced pork, bacon and offal wirth herbs and breadcrumbs. Easy to cook just remove the film lid and place straight in the oven.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigd which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.
