Our lean thick cut pork loin steaks come without the bone, they are succulent with a meaty flavour.
They are perfect for a easy mid-week meal, easy to cook, grilled, griddled or pan fried in garlic and Butter and served with a creamy Mustard sauce.

Our traditional Norfolk breed pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs which have taken longer to mature and carry the fat that provides really flavoursome and succulent meat. The skin provides the most wonderful crispy crackling. All of our pork is sourced from small, local family run farms in Norfolk with the highest standards of animal welfare.
