Layers of Roasted Red Pepper & Goats Cheese are filled to the brim of the quiche base and cooked with an ‘not so slimming’ mix of Cream, Eggs, Mustard.

Serve this hot or cold and you’ll have a quiche that is jammed packed full of ingredients, perfect for lunch or part of a picnic.
