Our Stewing Lamb is diced into tender chunks and perfect for casseroles, stir-fry’s or curries, it makes for a wonderful Rogan Josh.

Our Lamb is sourced from our own farm in Smallburgh, which is predominantly Southdown Lamb. When demand exceeds our capability other Lamb is sourced from other local Norfolk farms, all of which have an impressive flavour reflecting the Free-Range diet of wild flowers, herbs and grasses that our flocks are matured on.
