This steak is similar to a tomahawk axe, there is enough steak to feed 2 adults while boasting outstanding flavour, dark flesh and generous marbling that caramilises and tenderises the meat upon cooking.

All of our Aberdeen angus x Beef is sourced from a Traditional Norfolk family ran farm that is less than 5 miles from our shop.
Grass fed and slowly matured to give its beautiful deep flavour and colour.
Hung for up to 32 days to increase its flavour further.
