Layers of fresh Asparagus filled to the brim of the quiche base and cooked with an ‘not so slimming’ mix of Cream, Eggs, Mustard & mature Cheddar Cheese.

Serve this hot or cold and you’ll have a quiche that is jammed packed full of ingredients, perfect for lunch or part of a picnic.
