Our Lamb Shanks are deliciously meaty, tender and full of flavour. Typically its 1 shank per person. Perfect slow cooked in a beautiful minty casserole.

Our Lamb is sourced from our own farm in Smallburgh, which is predominantly Southdown Lamb, when demand exceeds our capability other Lamb is sourced from other local Norfolk family run farms, all of which have the most impressive flavour reflecting the Free-Range diet of wild flowers, herbs and grasses that our flocks are matured on.
