We are lucky to be supplied by a traditional local Aberdeen angus cross farmer who has been farming them for generations in a nearby village 2 miles away.

Our Beef in matured for a minimum of 28 days.


We have our own flock of Southdown Sheep consisting of 110 breeding ewes in Smallburgh. The Southdown are a rare British breed of domestic Sheep which are the smallest of all the British breeds, they produce high quality smooth, rich and flavoursome meat.


We supply our own rare breed traditional Pork, our slow outdoor rearing process, strong heritage, traceability and exellent ratio of muscle to fat are major factors in guaranteeing our British Lop as a premium tasty moist, creamy textured Pork.


The welfare of our produce is at the very heart of our ethos, we stock barn reared Chickens and cuts from both South Norfolk and Suffolk and also Sutton Hoo Free Range Chickens, this traditional breedis a slow growing Chicken on Suffolk meadows, grown on average for 10 weeks and 23% longer than standards Free Range Chickens.



We pride ourselves on the quality of our sausages and only mince once which keeps them as meaty as possible. We have around 16 different flavours including a Gluten Free sausage and we have won Battle of the Banger twice with our award winnng Olde English.
